Because surfing sucked today.
It was absolutely freezing, my ankle was in pain and there were surfers everyone. They were looking angrily at me and I was getting in the way and I was all nervous because I didn't know where I was supposed to go. But I still really had fun. Which shows that I enjoy surfing.
This isn't a very good blog post. Oh well. I've also discovered the joys (and irks) of Facebook and I've become a little bit addicted. I've started taking lots of pictures of stuff and making lots of albums and talking to people and playing little games and writing on the walls and it is fun.
I think that's everything. Crap blog post. Bye!

Hay thar.
It seems the spirit of reminiscence has fallen upon us both. I spent a recent afternoon reading through my ZU mail, and oh! do I miss our conversations. We must begin them again; it will do wonders for my well-being and intellect and communication skills. Besides, I'll be back in college soon. It will be the mirror of old times.
So how are you? How have things been? Happy (upcoming!) birthday. I'm starting school on the 27th, so I celebrated my birthday yesterday, while cousins were visiting and my family finally gathered at home.
What have you been reading lately? And what is the name of this fascinating Japanese novel that you're now reading? I've begun drawing up reading lists (pretending I am Mary Shelley reincarnated all the while, x3). I've been reading Ayn Rand's "Atlas Shrugged", and am positively in love. La, and I must tell you about "The Madwoman in the Attic", and "Rebecca's Tale", other books I'm reading (or have read) and positively adore.
I'm doing pretty well. I'm rather more cheerful now than I was in my "Going Mad" blog post; C. VA still fills me with bitter aggravation on the occasion, but I suppose I'll learn to live down here someday.
How has your writing been? Oh, and you must tell me about Facebook, and what it's like. I'm on the fence about getting an account; I chafe at having to use my real name, but then again, what's another Internet account? I'd love to hear from you, but conversing through comments is a bit of a messy business; write me at selahexanimo@yahoo.com if you'd like. If you do, be sure to make it clear in the subject line who you are, so I don't accidentally put down your message as spam.
Hope to hear from you! Take care, ^_^
